Welcome to the wonderful world of caring for your pregnant & postpartum body and your growing family...we hope to share some valuable insights to enrich your DCBD support.
DC Birth Doulas (DCBD) specializes in bundled pregnancy and postpartum services. This means that in addition to the in-person doula support, we offer live, virtual (with some recorded) opportunities for you to feel supported, several times each week, as you prepare to meet your little one & afterwards. Our clients benefit from meeting with and learning from a variety of birthworkers & educators, as well as connect with other folks who are in a similar situation...Your DCBD Community.

3rd Trimester...don't forget to sign up for your Childbirth & Postpartum education classes (link is in your 1st DCBD welcome email. If you have questions- email Elizabeth@DCbirthdoulas.com
Each week of your pregnancy you are invited to attend our drop-in, Zoom Pregnancy Circle on Wednesdays 7pm-8pm. Topics are emailed in the weekly newsletter each Tuesday.
You can attend LIVE pregnancy Mindful Movement on Tuesdays 6:30pm-7pm or find many recorded options for your convenience.
After little one(s) joins you in your home:
Sign up for your 6 week Postpartum peer-support Circle (you will receive a link in an email titled 'DCBD Postpartum Circles Information' which is sent out a month before your due date). If you have any questions- email Elizabeth@DCbirthdoulas.com
Start your gentle recovery process: Here is a list of recorded postpartum movement sessions to help you reconnect with your body, and bond with your baby.
Partner Support
Join Rena & Shaleen on the 3rd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:15pm - 8:15pm for a zoom workshop designed to help you to build your support person tool kit.
