Live, virtual class (cameras on or off - you choose!) We will breathe, stretch, incorporate babies in the practice, learn infant massage techniques and incorporate some play with your baby. Allow your body to be your guide as you meet yourself where you are in your physical recovery from birth. Recommended for those 2 weeks+ postpartum.
